About the role

Program Manager within the People PM Team to own and drive key People Programs across talent acquisition, compensation, and related workflows, delivering end-to-end program management, analytics, and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute critical projects within the People organization, ensuring successful delivery against business objectives.
  • Maintain comprehensive program schedules, project briefs, trackers, and risk/opportunity registers to ensure on-schedule delivery.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative analysis to design analyses that influence operational decisions.
  • Build trust with senior partners as the primary interface and translate people data into actionable project plans.
  • Communicate across teams, craft narratives and project updates to align stakeholders and drive positive program outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in program management, internal operations, human resources, or management consulting.
  • Experience managing end-to-end execution of moderately complex programs, including risk mitigation, task tracking, and stakeholder management.
  • Motivation to contribute to defense-related mission.
  • Thrives in cross-functional projects with technical requirements and user-focused workflows.
  • Strong judgment, initiative, and ability to work with minimal direction; empathetic and user-focused.
