About the role

Program Manager within the People organization focused on driving execution, managing program lifecycles, and delivering scalable organizational solutions across talent acquisition, compensation, and related People workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute critical projects within the People organization, ensuring successful delivery against business objectives.
  • Maintain comprehensive program schedules, project briefs, trackers, and risk/opportunity registers to ensure on-schedule delivery.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative analyses to tackle complex problems and influence operational decisions.
  • Build trust with senior partners, translating complex people data into clear, actionable project plans.
  • Communicate across teams, bridging organizational gaps with compelling narratives and updates to drive program outcomes and alignment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in program management, internal operations, human resources, or management consulting.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end execution of moderately complex programs, including risk mitigation, task tracking, and stakeholder management.
  • Motivated by defense sector mission and able to work on cross-functional projects with technical requirements and user-focused workflows.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to present complex project details, trade-offs, and metrics clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and demonstrate high humility and outcome orientation.
  • U.S. Person status due to access requirements.
