  • Communicate across teams, crafting narratives and updates to align stakeholders and drive program outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in program management, internal operations, human resources, or management consulting.
  • Experience managing end-to-end execution of moderately complex programs, including risk mitigation, task tracking, and stakeholder management.
  • Motivated by defense mission and able to thrive in cross-functional projects with technical and user-focused workflows.
  • Strong communication, presentation skills, and ability to translate complex project details and metrics for stakeholders.
  • Empathetic, user-focused mindset with high ownership, humility, and proactive problem-solving.
