About the role

Information Security Manager leading IAM program, overseeing governance, lifecycle management, privileged access, and authentication architecture across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments in a hybrid, full-time role.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the definition, rollout, and execution of the enterprise IAM roadmap aligned with Zero Trust and security standards.
  • Develop, maintain, and enforce identity policies including RBAC, ABAC, Least Privilege, and SoD.
  • Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing IAM team of engineers, integrators, and security analysts.
  • Oversee Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML) processes for provisioning/de-provisioning across on-premises and cloud platforms.
  • Architect and oversee authentication standards including SSO, MFA, SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and passwordless tech.
  • Manage enterprise PAM solution implementation, securing administrative credentials, session monitoring, and just-in-time access controls.
  • Direct user access reviews, entitlement certification campaigns, and automated access request/approval workflows.
  • Act as IAM lead for internal and external audits and ensure remediation of findings.
  • Escalation point for identity-focused security incidents and investigations of credential compromises and unauthorized access.
  • Evaluate, select, and manage third-party IAM software vendors, tools, and professional services partners.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of total IT/Cybersecurity experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership/management role focused on IAM.
  • Hands-on experience with IAM tools: Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Okta, Ping Identity, Active Directory; IGA platforms: SailPoint, Saviynt, or Microsoft Entra ID Governance; PAM solutions: CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, or HashiCorp Vault.
  • Deep understanding of OAuth 2.0, SAML, OIDC, SCIM, Kerberos, and LDAP protocols.
  • Strong familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
