About the role

Agile recruiter responsible for full-cycle, high-volume hiring for Fleet Operations and supporting Manufacturing Operations, partnering with operational leaders to manage pipelines and close talent in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process with emphasis on hiring manager partnership, pipeline generation, and candidate advocacy
  • Source candidates, screen resumes, and evaluate candidates for a wide variety of operational and high-volume profiles
  • Facilitate interview and hiring decision-making with interviewers, hiring managers, and company leadership
  • Manage the offer process in collaboration with hiring managers, leadership, and HR
  • Continuously seek new ways to improve candidate experience and the recruiting process, especially for high-volume pipelines

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (sourcing, screening, and closing)
  • At least 2+ years focused on high-volume or operational hiring
  • Proven ability to recruit for a wide range of positions (high-volume, non-technical, and technical)
  • Experience partnering with Hiring Managers to guide through TA process and evaluate candidates for behavioral fit and role competencies
  • Proficiency in directly sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and alternatives (e.g., Gem, portfolio platforms, industry meetups)
  • Proven track record of delivering results, managing robust pipelines, thriving in fast-paced environments
  • Expertise in leveraging an ATS (Lever) to build metrics, sourcing strategies, and pipelines
  • Bonus: Bachelor's Degree
  • Bonus: Experience in autonomous and/or electric vehicle industry
