About the role

Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) for teen ABA therapy working with neurodivergent teens (autism, ADHD, and more) in Charlotte and Eaton Rapids, MI. BCBA-owned, neurodiversity-affirming, play-based ABA practice offering growth opportunities toward BCBA/BCaBA.

Responsibilities

  • 1:1 ABA support in homes, schools, and the community
  • Follow BCBA-designed plans and track progress through session data
  • Build real relationships with teens and families

Qualifications

  • Have your 40-hour RBT training (completed or to be finished before start)
  • Experience with children or teens
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and ability to lift 50 lbs
  • On-site availability (Mornings & Evenings, some afternoons)
  • 18+ years old and eligible for BACB regulatory requirements
