About the role

Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) delivering play-based early intervention under BCBA-designed plans for neurodivergent children in 1:1 settings; opportunities for growth toward BCBA/BCaBA with BCBA-owned practice.

Responsibilities

  • 1:1 play-based ABA in homes, preschools, parks, and libraries
  • Follow BCBA-designed plans and track progress through session data
  • Build trusting relationships with little ones and their caregivers

Qualifications

  • Have your 40-hour RBT training done (or will finish before you start)
  • Experience with young children (daycare, preschool, nanny, early ed)
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Can lift 50 lbs and play on the floor
  • Dependable, consistent attendance; rarely cancels; give one month's notice for long-term schedule changes
  • Willingness to receive feedback and grow
  • 18+ to meet regulatory, background check, and BACB eligibility requirements
