About the role

RBTs and Behavior Technicians with a 40-hour RBT training certificate to support neurodivergent teens (autism, ADHD, and more) in 1:1 ABA sessions across homes, schools, and community settings. BCBA-owned, neurodiversity-affirming, play-based ABA practice offering growth opportunities toward BCBA/BCaBA, with paid training and mentorship.

Responsibilities

  • 1:1 ABA support in homes, schools, and the community
  • Follow BCBA-designed plans and track progress through session data
  • Build real relationships with teens and families

Qualifications

  • Have your 40-hour RBT training completed (or will finish before you start)
  • Experience with children or teens
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
