About the role

Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) | Teen ABA Therapy Jobs in Muskegon, MI. Part-time and full-time opportunities available. BCBA-owned, neurodiversity-affirming, play-based ABA practice focusing on teens. In-person, 1:1 ABA support with teens, following BCBA-designed plans and tracking progress through session data.

Responsibilities

  • 1:1 ABA support in homes, schools, and the community
  • Follow BCBA-designed plans and track progress through session data
  • Build real relationships with teens and families

Qualifications

  • Have your 40-hour RBT training (or will finish before you start)
  • Experience with children or teens
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
