About the role

1:1 play-based ABA in homes, preschools, parks, and libraries delivering early intervention for neurodivergent children under BCBA-designed plans; BCBA-owned, neurodiversity-affirming practice with growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • 1:1 play-based ABA in homes, preschools, parks, and libraries
  • Follow BCBA-designed plans and track progress through session data
  • Build trusting relationships with little ones and their caregivers

Qualifications

  • Have your 40-hour RBT training certificate (or will finish before you start)
  • Experience with young children (daycare, preschool, nanny, early ed)
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and play on the floor
  • Dependable, consistent attendance and willingness to give one month's notice for long-term schedule changes
  • Open to feedback and growth
  • Desire to build a long-term career with one company
