About the role

Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver play-based early intervention ABA for neurodivergent children. BCBA-owned, neurodiversity-affirming practice with growth opportunities and internal supervision toward BCBA/BCaBA.

Responsibilities

  • 1:1 play-based ABA in homes, preschools, parks, and libraries
  • Follow BCBA-designed plans and track progress through session data
  • Build trusting relationships with little ones and their caregivers

Qualifications

  • Have your 40-hour RBT training completed (or finish before start)
  • Experience with young children (daycare, preschool, nanny, early ed)
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and ability to lift 50 lbs and play on the floor
