About the role

Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) - Hastings, Michigan part-time, on-site. Deliver play-based early intervention for neurodivergent children, following BCBA-designed plans, with paid training and opportunities for career growth within a BCBA-owned practice.

Responsibilities

  • 1:1 play-based ABA in homes, preschools, parks, and libraries
  • Follow BCBA-designed plans and track progress through session data
  • Build trusting relationships with little ones and their caregivers

Qualifications

  • Have your 40-hour RBT training done (or will finish before you start)
  • Experience with young children (daycare, preschool, nanny, early ed)
  • Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and play on the floor
  • Dependable, consistent, rarely cancels, able to give one month's notice for long-term schedule changes
  • Willingness to welcome feedback and grow
  • Interested in building a long-term career with one company
  • 18+ years old (regulated, background check, and BACB eligibility requirements)
