About the role

Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) | Social Skills Groups + In-Home ABA at SenseSational Learning Group. Part-time to full-time opportunities with hybrid cadence across Okemos/ Lansing area, on-site components, and in-home/community settings. BCBA-owned, neurodiversity-affirming practice offering paid training and mentorship toward BCBA paths.

Responsibilities

  • Follow BCBA-designed plans, track data, and carry skills between group and home
  • Support peer social groups at the Okemos Hub once a week
  • Conduct 1:1 ABA in homes and in the community for the remainder of the week
  • Engage in role-play-based interviews and reference checks as part of hiring process

Qualifications

  • 40-hour RBT training certificate (or ability to finish before start)
  • Experience with children (camps, classrooms, youth programs a plus)
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Punctual, reliable, and able to maintain schedule with one month notice for long-term changes
