About the role
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in Utah County, focusing on delivering in-home, clinic, or community-based services and contributing to a collaborative clinical team.
Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in-home, clinic, or community settings
- Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA
- Collect and document accurate data on client progress
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
- Communicate professionally with families and team members
Qualifications
- Active RBT certification through the BACB
- Experience working with children, preferably in ABA or related fields
- Strong communication, reliability, and professionalism
- A compassionate and patient approach to care
- Ability to pass background checks and meet other compliance requirements
