About the role

Role within the Trust & Safety team responsible for maintaining safety and integrity of the platform through investigation, policy enforcement, and customer support. Remote role with options to work from home or global hubs; must live within commuting distance of Phoenix, AZ.

Responsibilities

  • Regularly review potentially suspicious behavior to protect users and prevent financial losses
  • Meet interdepartmental SLAs while maintaining high quality work product
  • Conduct in-depth transaction-level reviews
  • Identify trends and present mitigation opportunities
  • Communicate with customers regarding trust and risk inquiries
  • Provide inbound email and chat-based customer service
  • Investigate trust & risk cases with medium complexity and high sensitivity while maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve open questions
  • Work through backlog of open issues and monitor performance of key operations
  • Represent the company with integrity and professionalism
  • Review key metrics and use data to inform decisions

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree (Graduating in Dec 2025 or by Summer 2026) in any field or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Customer-first attitude with ownership
  • Ability to multitask and learn new systems quickly
  • Team player mindset with a drive to improve processes
  • Internship or part-time experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or support is preferred
  • Exposure to support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom) would be a plus
  • Weekend availability required
