About the role

Enterprise-focused product management role at Unframe, owning end-to-end discovery, design, and delivery of AI solutions built on Unframe's platform for enterprise clients. You’ll write precise specs and prompt architectures, and act as the bridge between customers and engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Enterprise Discovery: conduct discovery sessions with enterprise clients to map workflows, uncover business challenges, and distinguish surface requests from fundamental needs.
  • Design & Spec AI Solutions: translate customer problems into structured solution plans on Unframe's platform; write detailed specs and define prompt and context structures.
  • Drive End-to-End Delivery: collaborate with engineers and AI specialists to deliver solutions on target; prioritize requirements and manage tradeoffs across speed, stability, and scope.
  • Represent the User & Platform: act as the voice of enterprise operators and domain experts; collaborate with Platform team to identify reusable product patterns.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in product management or technical delivery roles
  • Bilingual Fluency (English & French)
  • Customer-Led Discovery: proven experience leading consultative conversations with enterprise buyers and operators
  • Enterprise Stakeholder Management: ability to manage senior client relationships through complex delivery
  • Problem-to-Solution Design: ability to define AI solution functionality from raw business problems and write precise specs
  • Complex Delivery Execution: experience shipping AI-powered features under tight timelines
  • AI Solutions Experience: direct exposure to building with LLMs (prompt structures, context/output constraints, agentic systems, model uncertainty)
  • Builder Orientation: focus on creating customer-facing solutions
  • Core Competencies: strong written communication, systems thinking, high attention to detail, fluent English
  • Location awareness: comfortable with remote work within France (Francophone context)
