About the role
Adam Residency program in SF offers 10-16 weeks, full-time internship for recent graduates and early career professionals to gain experience at an AI startup focused on AI-powered CAD. Residents have ownership and autonomy from day one and work on accelerating AI-enabled CAD features, UI components, RL-based model training, and model hosting optimization.
Responsibilities
- Sprinting to build new agentic CAD features requested by our customers
- Developing novel UI components to interface with CAD through an agent
- Building gyms and training models with RL for specific CAD skills
- Optimizing model hosting/inference for more robust generations
Benefits
- Compensation: $6.7K - $10K monthly
