About the role
Great Question is an all-in-one AI customer research platform. This role is a Product Manager overseeing a strategic area with a small team, accountable for shaping the roadmap, delivering outcomes, and coordinating launches. Remote in North America with Pacific-hours overlap.
Responsibilities
- Find the bet. Dig through product data and customer signals – support chats, sales asks, your own research – and come back with a strong hypothesis about what will move your outcome.
- Shape it. Sometimes that means scoping the problem carefully. Sometimes it means skipping straight to a prototype. Part of the job is knowing which. Then decide what happens now, later or never.
- Ship it well. Keep the team organized and motivated, and stay close enough to the details that it ships on time and to a high bar.
- Release it. Run the launch and make sure Sales, Success and Marketing know what’s coming and have what they need.
- Learn from it. Watch what happens, then decide whether to double down, iterate or stop.
Qualifications
- 5+ years as a product manager in B2B software.
- You’re as comfortable in product analytics or a database query as you are on a customer call. You form strong opinions and change them when the evidence does.
- You stay in the details, and you’ve shipped complex work on time without lowering the bar.
- You use AI tools like Claude Code or Cursor every day, and you’ve shipped AI features yourself – MCP servers, agentic workflows – that held up in production.
