About the role

Organized, proactive Project Coordinator to support Pendulum’s Product team with cross-functional coordination across Supply Chain, Regulatory, Quality, Finance, Product, and Marketing. Focus on supplier onboarding, packaging changes, and new product launches; maintain documentation, drive agendas, and flag risks.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day coordination and management of Supply Chain and other cross-functional projects, including supplier onboarding, packaging changes and new product launches
  • Draft meeting agendas, capture notes and action items, and distribute follow-ups
  • Monitor daily progress on project deliverables and flag risks, delays, or blockers to the Program Manager
  • Maintain project documentation, keeping files, trackers, and shared folders organized, current, and easy to find
  • Update project plans, timelines, and status reports
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate availability across internal teams and external partners
  • Work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Regulatory, Quality, Finance, Product, and Marketing
  • Serve as the main point of contact between team members and the Program Manager
  • Draft and update SOPs and checklists as workflows change
  • Help run project kickoffs and retrospectives, and capture lessons learned
  • Help identify opportunities to improve project processes and templates.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in project management in operations, supply chain, procurement or a similar role
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort working with data in spreadsheets (sorting, filtering, formulas, lookups)
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace
