About the role

Senior Treasury Manager responsible for daily liquidity, capital management, and investment strategies within a fintech SPDI. Remote US location; full-time role reporting to Head of Treasury.

Responsibilities

  • Liquidity and Treasury Management: Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and long-term cash flow forecasts; formulating laddering strategies for investment portfolio; utilize quantitative models to predict deposit trends and liquidity stress scenarios; manage access to payment systems (high-volume domestic wire and SWIFT).
  • Risk Management and Compliance: Identify and manage financial risks (liquidity, interest rate); execute short-term investment strategies for surplus cash; prepare daily, monthly, and quarterly liquidity and risk reports; ensure treasury operations meet regulatory standards in collaboration with compliance.
  • Banking Relations: Assist in managing relationships with banking partners, correspondent banks, and custodians; prepare due diligence reports on banks and identify risks and opportunities.
  • Leadership and Operations: Develop and enforce treasury policies, procedures and controls; identify opportunities to automate cash and bank reconciliation; evaluate and integrate financial technologies to improve visibility, control, and scalability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 6+ years of progressive experience in corporate treasury, banking, or financial risk management, preferably fintech.
  • Experience in a regulated financial institution (bank, trust company, broker-dealer).
  • Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills; ability to communicate treasury strategies to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; detail-oriented and accurate; able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
