About the role

Contract Talent Acquisition Coordinator based in Dublin, Ireland, supporting TA Partners and maintaining organization of the ATS (Greenhouse) while ensuring a positive candidate experience and efficient interview process.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate complex phone, virtual, onsite, and presentation interviews
  • Manage logistics for the recruiting process, including scheduling interviews, debrief sessions, coordinating travel, completing offer documents, etc.
  • Build strong partnerships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to drive an efficient process and positive candidate experience
  • Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and good judgment
  • Master the applicant tracking system and scheduling tools (Workday, Guide Scheduling, Greenhouse, Google Suite)
  • Contribute to team projects and work interdepartmentally
  • Establish meaningful relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and employees
  • Coordinate and execute events
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives with People team
  • Experiment with new approaches and technology to refine processes and candidate experience

Qualifications

  • Previous experience arranging complex interview schedules in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented with a focus on contributing to Talent Acquisition success
  • Strong communication skills and experience interfacing with all levels of an organization
  • Customer service mindset and willingness to go above and beyond
  • Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience working with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer/client-facing industry
  • Passion for providing stellar candidate experiences in interviews
