About the role

Recruiter responsible for full-desk sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for IT, InfoSec, and related corporate functions at SpaceX, partnering with client groups, managing high-volume and non-standard recruiting strategies, and guiding candidates through offer and onboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with client groups to discuss headcount, new requisitions, hiring strategy, and interview feedback
  • Screen candidates who apply to requisitions
  • Source candidates, including passive candidates
  • Discuss screened candidates with client groups and recommend top candidates for interviews
  • Give tours to candidates before onsite
  • Attend interviews alongside client groups to evaluate candidates
  • Begin the offer process including background checks, negotiating offer packages, and extending offer letters
  • Manage onsite candidate experiences and maintain candidate pipeline through screening and sourcing

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of recruiting experience; or associate degree and 2+ years of experience; or 3+ years of professional recruiting experience in lieu of a degree
