About the role
Technical Recruiter responsible for full-desk recruitment across SpaceX SG&A functions, including IT, InfoSec, Environmental Health & Safety, Construction, Materials Engineering, and related corporate functions. Focus on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding to fill mission-critical roles, with high autonomy and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Meet with client groups to discuss headcount, requisitions, hiring strategy, and interview feedback; act as a partner to clients
- Screen candidates who apply to requisitions
- Source candidates, including passive candidates
- Discuss screened candidates with client groups and recommend top candidates for interviews
- Give tours to candidates before onsite
- Attend interviews with client groups to evaluate candidates
- Manage offer process including background checks, negotiating offers, and extending offer letters
- Coordinate candidate experience during onsite interviews and maintain candidate pipeline
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of recruiting experience; or associate degree and 2+ years of experience; or 3+ years of professional recruiting experience in lieu of a degree
