About the role
Recruiter responsible for full-desk sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for SpaceX SG&A functions (IT, InfoSec, Environmental Health & Safety, Physical Security, Construction, Materials Engineering, and related corporate roles) in Hawthorne, CA, partnering with clients and driving end-to-end recruitment.
Responsibilities
- Meet with client groups to discuss headcount, requisitions, hiring strategy, and interview feedback
- Screen candidates who apply to requisitions
- Source candidates leveraging multi-channel strategies
- Discuss screened candidates with client groups and recommend top candidates for interviews
- Give tours to candidates before onsite
- Attend interviews alongside client groups
- Manage offer process including background checks, negotiating offers, and extending letters
- Coordinate candidate experience during onsite interviews and maintain candidate pipeline
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of recruiting experience; or associate degree and 2+ years; or 3+ years of experience as a recruiter in lieu of a degree
- Or 2+ years of technical recruiting experience (preferred)
