About the role

Benefits Coordinator at SpaceX, based in Hawthorne, CA. Responsible for administering employee benefits programs, advising employees on benefit-related questions, maintaining enrollments, coordinating with payroll, and supporting related benefit services and initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support with administration of employee benefit programs, such as medical, dental, vision, life, accident and disability insurance, and retirement plans, including new hire orientation and annual benefits open enrollment
  • Assist, advise, and counsel employees on day-to-day benefit-related questions (via email, phone, walk-ups, and drop-in sessions)
  • Maintain integrity of eligibility enrollments within UKG
  • Partner with our payroll department to ensure accuracy of benefit deductions
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned including but not limited to:
  • - Employee perks administration, employee services, and company wellness initiatives
  • - Relocation administration
  • - Commuter benefits administration
  • - Onsite medical and dental clinics

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 6+ months of administrative experience (internship experience qualifies)
