About the role

Senior BDR role focused on creating and qualifying pipeline across enterprise and commercial accounts in multiple Nordic languages, hybrid location in Bucharest, 12-month fixed-term contract with potential conversion.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect into enterprise and commercial targeted accounts using account-based, multi-channel outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn)
  • Qualify and follow up on inbound leads and Contact Us requests from accounts within agreed SLAs
  • Agree target account lists and outreach strategy with RVPs and AEs, and run outbound on documented sales plays
  • Qualify opportunities using BANT, including budget and next steps, and hand off to AE
  • Support events and campaigns: invite net-new prospects and follow up according to the plan
  • Keep Salesforce accurate and complete, including disqualification and decline reasons
  • Use AI tools to research accounts, personalise outreach and increase productivity
  • Share best practice and coach junior BDRs in the team

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Swedish, Danish or Norwegian (written and spoken)
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Experience in business development, inside sales or similar customer-facing role in B2B software/technology
  • Confidence engaging senior decision makers and conducting consultative discovery
  • Commercial judgement to identify buying signals and qualify accordingly
  • Strong organisation and CRM discipline with a focus on outcomes
  • Collaborative approach across Sales and Marketing
