About the role

Contract Technical Recruiter role based in Gurgaon, India with a hybrid working model. Responsible for full-cycle recruiting of technical roles, building pipelines, partnering with Hiring Managers, and using data-driven insights to guide hiring decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive full-cycle recruiting for a range of technical roles
  • Understand business unit objectives and challenges to attract quality candidates
  • Create and execute sourcing strategies resulting in candidate pipelines that meet hiring goals
  • Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers and partner on recruiting strategies and closing candidates
  • Utilize data-driven insights and recruiting metrics to track pipeline health and inform hiring decisions
  • Work effectively with internal clients to ensure the selection process results in quality hires
  • Ensure candidates have a positive interview experience from screening through offer negotiation

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of in-house technical recruiting experience
  • Subject-matter expertise in recruiting across technical areas such as back-end systems, cloud products and security
  • Previous experience sourcing, recruiting, and closing top technical talent in Gurgaon
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
  • Data-driven mentality with ability to shape recruiting strategy
  • Thrives in fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
