About the role
Performance Marketing Strategist responsible for hands-on paid acquisition across Google and Meta, optimizing budgets, structure, targeting, bidding, and creative testing. Own landing page delivery and contribute to Flint’s AI-driven ads agent, working with a portfolio of brands and collaborating with engineering and account teams.
Responsibilities
- Run Google Ads and Meta accounts hands-on for a portfolio of brands, from structure, keywords, and audiences to bidding, budgets, and creative testing

- Challenge the ads agent when it gets something wrong, and work with our engineers to make it better
- Turn your playbook into how Flint’s agent runs paid acquisition, starting with search-query mining and account structuring
- Work alongside our account team, who handle most day-to-day customer communication
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience running both Google Ads and Meta in DTC or B2B (both is a plus)
- A track record of owning meaningful budgets across channels and the results that come with them
- Good judgment about when an account needs optimizing and when it needs a rebuild
- A habit of investigating problems instead of working around them
- Experience testing and measuring what works, from search ads to Meta creative
