About the role

Forward Deployed Product Manager responsible for owning 20–30 customer accounts from kickoff through renewal, running pilots and experiments in Flint's ads and page agents, and translating results into executive-ready narratives.

Responsibilities

  • Own 20 to 30 customer accounts as their main point of contact, from kickoff through renewal
  • Run pilots from kickoff to readout and conversion: setup, tracking, success metrics, and the schedule to get there
  • Build an account plan for each customer, covering goals, what to test next, and how we'll know it worked
  • Work hands-on in each account, reviewing the agent's landing pages, keywords, and ads before they ship
  • Design and read experiments, and turn the results into a clear story for marketing teams and executives
  • Lead check-ins, readouts, and escalations, and keep every account moving on schedule
  • Work with product, engineering, and sales to keep each account on track
  • Bring customer pain points back to the team, and turn repeated manual work into agent improvements and our engagement playbook

Qualifications

  • A sharp communicator, in writing and in person, comfortable briefing an executive and guiding decisions
  • Organized at volume, able to manage 20+ projects/workstreams simultaneously
  • High throughput, uses AI tools and agents to multiply impact
  • Experience owning outcomes with customers (PM, consultant, engagement manager, founder)
  • Strong analytical skills, from messy data to clear recommendations
  • Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate
