About the role

Senior Product Manager owning a welldefined subdomain or initiative end-to-end, partnering with a senior engineer, shaping a sequenced roadmap within domain direction, and mentoring PMs. Focus on real outcomes, hands-on AI-enabled workflows, and delivering ownership beyond pure execution.

Responsibilities

  • Outcomes for a defined subdomain or initiative — not just what ships, but whether it worked
  • A roadmap for your area, sequenced and defended within the direction domain leadership has set
  • Real technical engagement — debating tradeoffs with your engineering partner, not just handing over prioritized tickets
  • Mentorship for PMs working within your area
  • An AI-native way of working — using AI daily to prototype, analyze, and accelerate real work

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years in product management, including owning outcomes for at least one product area
  • Comfortable with moderate ambiguity and ability to fill in real plan for your piece of the domain
  • Technical ability to engage with engineers on tradeoffs, not just requirements
  • First-principles problem solving and comfort with startup pace
  • AI-native workflow — daily, hands-on, not just prompting
  • San Francisco-based and committed to working onsite. H1B transfers welcome
