About the role

Analytics Business Partners drive the business through the lens of People data by empowering HR and business leaders to integrate data into workforce and people decisions. Partner with HR and business leaders to enact and influence people strategy, perform research and analyses on people issues, and deliver strategic priorities with optimization and scale.

Responsibilities

  • Apply expertise in data analytics to identify business-relevant insights and develop executive-level presentations to influence people's strategy
  • Act as an internal consultant and partner to HR and business leaders, and engage with the broader analytics community to deliver insights, research, and scalable solutions
  • Focus on impact and propose metrics to understand the success of people’s initiatives
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects that require inputs from cross-functional stakeholders while balancing the impact on business needs
  • Deliver analytical findings to leadership audiences
  • Leverage data analysis tools, such as Python, R, SQL, Tableau, and Google Sheets to develop models, understand trends, and extract insights
  • Demonstrate exceptional judgment and discretion when dealing with highly sensitive personal data
  • Leverage AI tools to build scalable analytics solutions and automate workflows for Meta leaders, HRBPs, and data analysts
  • Ensure data privacy, governance, and security best practices when deploying AI technologies on sensitive personal data

Qualifications

  • BA/BS in a relevant field with 5+ years (or MBA/MA/MS with 4+ years or PhD with 3+ years) of consulting or corporate work experience focused on using data to uncover insights and communicate analyses to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience in analytics, management consulting, sales operations, finance, compensation, or related areas
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis, quantitative research, and experience in gathering and interpreting data
  • Project management experience with multiple stakeholders, prioritizing and delegating projects and tasks
  • Experience engaging directly with enterprise-level clients and stakeholders
  • Experience working across various levels of an organization, building trust and fostering collaboration
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools, complex formulas, pivots, macros, etc
  • Experience in communicating technical results to technical and non-technical audiences
