About the role

Hands-on, detail-oriented Sales Compensation Analyst Contractor to run the execution side of Armada’s global sales compensation program, owning monthly closes, plan configurations, and related documentation within CaptivateIQ.

Responsibilities

  • Own the monthly commission close in CaptivateIQ: validate inputs, calculate payouts, investigate variances, and package results for Finance approval on a fixed calendar

Qualifications

  • 4+ years owning sales compensation administration end to end in a B2B company
  • Hands-on CaptivateIQ experience, including plan configuration, payee setup, testing, and running live payout cycles
  • Advanced Excel modeling skills, including complex formulas, scenario modeling, and large data sets
  • Salesforce data fluency: reports, opportunity and booking data, and reconciling CRM records to the compensation system
  • Experience producing plan documents, terms and conditions, and quota letters, and managing e-signature workflows in DocuSign or a similar platform
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to balance speed and accuracy against a fixed close calendar
  • Clear written communication, including the ability to document process in runbooks that others can follow
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision and to escalate the right questions at the right time
