About the role

Envato is seeking a senior Creator Marketing Lead to build and scale an always-on creator marketing program across YouTube, performance creators and affiliate publishers, aligning creator activity with product launches and AI-enabled growth strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead an always-on creator marketing program across YouTube, performance creators and affiliate publishers
  • Identify and recruit the right creator partners, build long-lasting relationships
  • Own briefs, deals, licensing, attribution and performance reporting to turn content into evergreen growth
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to connect creator activity to feature launches and product stories
  • Develop a scalable commercial mechanics for creator partnerships
  • Improve the value extraction from creator content through paid activity, affiliate channels, search and AI discovery
  • Decide what to scale, improve or stop based on performance and strategic fit

Qualifications

  • Experience building or scaling creator, affiliate or partner marketing programs in tech, digital product, marketplace or high-growth environments
  • Commercially sharp with ability to negotiate creator agreements
  • Ability to analyze data and spot performance patterns to form a view and influence decisions
  • Strong relationship builder comfortable working with creators, publishers, agencies and internal teams
  • Proactive, resourceful, and capable of building structure where it does not yet exist
  • Comfort using AI tools to improve workflows, assess performance, and scale programs
