About the role

role focusing on harness design and post-training cycle for research agents used to answer questions about people and companies at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Harness architecture and execution. You will own the design for our research agent harness and ship data-driven features into production.
  • The post-training cycle. Design post-training experiments to teach the model to search better while retiring unnecessary parts of the harness.
  • Benchmarks. Design evals from production traces to measure quality, speed, and cost across the system.
  • Co-optimization for search. Work with the Search Lead to differentiate regressions from retrieval/tool-use issues and improve the system where it matters.
