About the role

Enterprise Client Partner role focused on building and owning strategic relationships with enterprise customers deploying AI agents and AI systems into real business workflows. Sits at the intersection of sales, product, deployment, and customer success to translate complex AI use cases into scalable, high-impact engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and close enterprise customers through targeted outbound, warm introductions, and ecosystem-driven relationships.
  • Own client relationships from initial technical discovery through long-term strategic partnership.
  • Lead high-stakes conversations with engineering, product, data, and executive stakeholders.
  • Shape proposals and deal structures that reflect complex AI deployments and enterprise realities.
  • Partner closely with internal product, engineering, and operations teams to align customer needs with execution.
  • Ensure successful deployment and expansion of AI agents and AI systems within customer workflows.
  • Maintain clear pipeline visibility and strategic signal for internal decision-making.
  • Surface product feedback and market insights to inform roadmap and positioning.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication with strong technical intuition.
  • Experience owning enterprise relationships in AI, SaaS, or highly technical environments.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deal cycles.
  • Comfort operating with evolving product surfaces and ambiguous technical requirements.
  • Strong ownership mindset with bias toward action and long-term account growth.
