Qualifications

  • Fast-paced experience – 2-3 internships in top-tier role, high-growth startup, or built something own
  • Founder DNA – high agency, drive, work ethic, thrives in ambiguity
  • Learning at full speed – useful in week one and indispensable by week four
  • Competitive by nature – has won at something hard
  • Gets shit done & zero ego – ships fast, minimal ego
  • Language – native-level German and fluent English
  • Relocation – willing to work onsite in San Francisco (visa support)
