About the role
Role focusing on building the system that decides how large manufacturers operate by combining agent-based reasoning with mathematical optimization and simulation on industrial data. Includes end-to-end feature ownership across LLM pipeline, infrastructure, backend, and frontend, with close interaction with users (planners) to significantly improve efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Build agents people trust – design routing, orchestration and guardrails for factory-week decisions.
- Own features end-to-end – understand user need and implement across LLM pipeline, infrastructure, backend and frontend, up to production.
- Work close to the users – sit with planners to identify what would make their work 10x faster and build it.
- Build the core of the product, impacting plant operations for next week.
Qualifications
- Full-stack shipper – shipped production code end-to-end, scalable backend and infra for massive structured and unstructured data, usable interface.
- Highly technical – demonstrated experience building technically hard systems with the ability to explain decisions.
