About the role

Deployment Lead responsible for end-to-end deployments from executive workshops to production use in plants, shaping the product with user feedback, and building scalable deployment playbooks while growing into leadership roles.

Responsibilities

  • Lead deployments end-to-end – carry our customers from the first executive workshop to production use across their plants, with C-level execs, operators and IT
  • Shape the product – work daily with users, turn messy workflows into features, and collaborate closely with engineering to push the roadmap forward
  • Build for scale – turn deployments into repeatable playbooks and product features, build and lead the deployment team, and grow into roles like CPO or COO

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in a top-tier role (e.g., consulting), as a founder, or as an early employee in a high-growth startup
  • Technically curious with ability to explain complex topics simply; ideally a technical background
  • Industrial background or experience in manufacturing, industrial software, procurement, supply chain or related industrial domain (a plus)
  • Founder DNA with high agency, drive and work ethic; thrives in ambiguity
  • Builder mindset with ability to translate messy realities into scalable systems and products
  • Confident communicator able to engage with both executives and shop-floor operators
  • Down-to-earth & relatable, able to bond with operators and executives
  • Native-level German and fluent English
  • Willingness to relocate to Munich and travel ~30%
