About the role

BDR role focused on identifying the right accounts, reaching out to Talent Acquisition and HR leaders, booking meetings for Account Executives, and collaborating with marketing and a tight BDR team to drive sales in a NYC-based, on-site environment.

Responsibilities

  • Research target accounts and spot signals that indicate now is the right time to talk, using AI tools daily.
  • Run phone-first outreach, backed by email and LinkedIn, to senior TA and HR leaders.
  • Book qualified meetings and hand them to AEs with the necessary context.
  • Help fill and run executive dinners and events with AEs.
  • Keep Salesforce clean and accurate.
  • Share what you hear from buyers with marketing and product.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of professional experience (any client-facing role counts: sales, recruiting, consulting).
  • Real curiosity about AI and use of AI tools in work.
  • Comfortable on the phone with a goal of mastering cold calling; will undergo cold call certification in first weeks.
  • Resilience, competitiveness, and willingness to be coached.
  • Rigor in organizing weekly plans and following up on all tasks.
  • Fluent English.
