About the role

Working student role to support technical purchasing operations, supplier management across Europe, and ensuring supply chain readiness for unmanned systems. Hands-on collaboration with design, workshop, and QA to ensure components meet standards.

Responsibilities

  • Supply chain support: assist with supply chain management, demand planning and order management.
  • Inventory control: monitor inventory levels, availability and delivery capability and optimize stock.
  • Operational coordination: coordinate with production and external logistics providers.
  • Goods & invoices: process and document incoming/outgoing goods and returns, review supplier invoices and enter them into ERP.
  • Cross-team work: collaborate with finance, production, import & export and quality.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in one of: Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering or comparable field
  • Ideally 6–12 months from graduation and available to join full-time afterwards
  • Structured under pressure with multiple parallel projects and shifting priorities
  • Proactive mindset with ability to anticipate and act on supply chain issues
  • English and German at least B2 level
