About the role

Strategic, cross-functional program manager responsible for end-to-end GTM initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and more. Turns ambiguous problems into structured analysis, builds business cases, aligns diverse teams, and drives programs from scoping through launch, adoption, and iteration.

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of strategic GTM programs end to end, from scoping through launch, operationalization, results, and iteration
  • Act as a thought partner to Sales and GTM leaders: identify, scope, and prioritize programs, saying no to the rest
  • Turn ambiguous problems into structured analysis, a defensible model, and a plan with owners, milestones, and decision points
  • Align and drive teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Revenue Operations, Enablement, Finance, Legal, and Partnerships without formal authority
  • Engage senior executives on status and outcomes of critical programs
  • Manage change so new programs are adopted by the field, and report on success metrics like adoption, time-to-value, and productivity impact
  • Use AI tools daily to analyze, model, and accelerate work
  • Create templates, cadence, and reporting to facilitate future program launches

Qualifications

  • Led complex cross-functional programs from problem definition through delivery in strategy consulting, strategy and operations, GTM or sales programs, or program management
  • Turned ambiguous problems into clear, defensible recommendations
  • Drove initiatives to completion across teams without direct management, including when senior stakeholders disagreed
  • Analytical skills: building a business case, quantitative model, targets, and data analysis from CRM/BI tools
  • Clear written and verbal communication with experience presenting to senior/executive audiences
  • Working understanding of how an enterprise sales organization operates
  • Built programs or processes where none existed and owned outcomes through to results
  • Motivated by Anthropic's mission to develop safe and beneficial AI
