About the role

Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) for an early career role to lead complex hardware/software initiatives, engage with customers, coordinate internal teams, and drive commercial growth while navigating security-clearance constraints.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the project from start to finish with the customer and the engineering team. Develop the technical path for success, identify engineering needs, and validate the projected product outcome with the customer.
  • Embed/Engage: Work side-by-side with customers to understand mission challenges and represent the customer as you work with Anduril engineers to shape products.
  • Build/Orchestrate: Collaborate with engineers to build the solution and pivot development as needed; coordinate with multiple internal teams (engineering, product, logistics, finance, legal, contracting, technical operations, etc.) to bring the best of Anduril to customers.
  • Plan: Develop, coordinate and communicate the path to success with internal and external partners; build sprint plans, execution plans, milestones with clients and engineers.
  • Grow our business through customer success: Maintain commercial relationships, meet targets, articulate Anduril’s value proposition from executive to end user, and identify future opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Must be pursuing or have recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities; U.S. clearance eligibility may be required depending on program.
  • Able to start full time in 2027.
