About the role

Entry-level/s early career role supporting the Supply Chain group in strategic planning, supplier selection, and negotiations; collaborates with procurement, engineering, finance, legal, and suppliers to enhance planning, procurement, purchasing, logistics, and governance processes.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate and support in the development and rollout of various business solutions within the following areas:
  • Demand & Material Planning – support MRP inputs/outputs, engine-logic, ERP integration, analytics/dashboards, identify material gaps and supplier risk, aid BOM/contract requirements, support right-to-left planning and supply chain milestone checkoffs.
  • Procurement – optimize RFQ system and upstream data flows, build tools for multi-tier quoting, advanced sourcing, supplier collaboration, and cost trajectory analyses.
  • Purchasing – support Buying team with SOPs and training material, troubleshoot Part/BOM issues, develop part availability dashboards and ad-hoc analytics, automate Purchasing workflows and traceability.
  • Logistics, Warehouse & Supplier Quality – optimize WMS/QMS, enhance inventory accuracy, support audits, provide inventory analytics.
  • Operational Scale & Supply Chain Health – document processes, develop change control, supplier scorecard integration, risk assessment and health-check mechanisms, onboarding materials and checklists, ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Miscellaneous/Collaborative – liaise between Business and IT, support sprint planning and end-user testing/training, conduct end-user testing, contribute to a global digital ecosystem roadmap, collaborate with Data team on data flow and analytics, gather enhancement requirements from end-users.

Qualifications

  • Must be pursuing or have recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Information Technology & Systems Architecture, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to access to U.S. export-controlled information; U.S. clearance eligibility may be required depending on program.
  • Able to start full time in 2027.
