About the role

Role focusing on master data management for finance within Anduril’s CorpOS ecosystem, owning and governing the master data that drives finance processes, ERP integration, and analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Own the architecture of master data for finance — chart of accounts and GL segments, legal entities, cost centers, suppliers, customers, and the item/part and work-order masters that feed inventory valuation and cost accounting.
  • Define and enforce the policy layer: ownership, creation/modification permissions, validation, and audit processes.
  • Build applications and automation to simplify compliance — workflows, duplicate detection, entry validation, and golden-record reconciliation across ERP and warehouse.
  • Establish data stewardship with data owners across Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, and Operations; lead initiatives to improve data quality, accuracy, and completeness.
  • Partner with Controllership and FP&A to accelerate month-end close by addressing master data problems behind manual reconciliation and allocations.
  • Work with ERP and analytics teams to ensure master data flows cleanly from transactional systems to warehouse and reporting layers.
  • Identify and solve problems that can be addressed through improved master data; drive organizational adoption.
  • Become a trusted resource for Anduril leadership to manage data more effectively.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in a master data management focused role (business systems, program management, finance systems, compliance, or data governance) with proven data architecture experience.
  • Exposure to finance and accounting fundamentals: general ledger and chart of accounts structure, cost centers and allocations, and monthly close implications of poor master data.
  • Hands-on technical experience; backgrounds as Technical Analyst or Consultant with strong engineering background, or Data/Analytics Engineer is a plus.
  • Motivation to work on defense-related mission; self-starter who builds tools to enforce policy rather than only writing policy.
  • Familiarity with data security and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Experience with SQL and/or Python or other programming languages is a plus.
  • U.S. Persons status required for access to export-controlled data.

Skills

Required:Master data management

Benefits

  • Comprehensive, competitive benefits package (health, recovery, and other support) available at little to no cost to employees.
