About the role

Deployments Warehouse Manager responsible for strategic planning of warehouse operations, KPI development, cost optimization, 3PL management, and final quality checks for finished hardware stored off-site. Requires extensive supply chain experience, SOP development, ERP/WMS implementation, and strong leadership in a defense/manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement warehouse management strategies, policies, and procedures to comply with regulations.
  • Hire & train talent who can manage material flow per Anduril guidelines.
  • Develop processes that increase efficiency and reduce waste within warehouse management.
  • Implement systems that align with Anduril Federal policies on government property & inventory management.
  • Implement End-to-End material management measures (FIFO, variances, cycle time optimization, scrap/obsolescence management, audits) and develop/improve critical metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, logistics, Technical Operations, Mission Operations, quality) to aid timely delivery of hardware.
  • Collaborate with partner 3PLs and serve as the Anduril point person for finished hardware stored off-site.
  • Analyze hardware movement trends, identify process improvements, and implement lean practices for material handling, storage, and distribution.
  • Utilize ERP & WMS to track inventory, generate reports, and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and quality control protocols in all warehouse activities.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing warehouse team with guidance, training, and performance feedback.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in material management, inventory control, or supply chain roles in aerospace/defense manufacturing.
  • 2+ years of experience managing a lead of supervisors, associates, or technicians.
  • Ability to be onsite, local to Atlanta, GA.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret or Top Secret security clearance.
