About the role
Materials and Process Development Manager for maritime NPI, responsible for leading development of materials, processes, and production systems for new maritime vehicles and facilities, partnering with design, construction, and production teams to accelerate manufacturing and reduce risk.
Responsibilities
- Create and own the materials and processes development team’s solutions for new technologies supporting product and factory development, integrating new materials and processes to improve production flow, space allocation, and resource requirements across programs and products.
- Question requirements in product and production system design to ensure cost- and schedule-effective solutions for factories that meet product needs.
