About the role

Anduril Industries is seeking a Program Manager to own large parts of end-to-end production KPI tracking and support the manufacturing team in building and scaling defense hardware and enterprise systems. The role emphasizes fast-paced delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and system-driven process improvement across ERP/MRP/PLM and related production workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Consider the job as a “jack of all trades” type of role and be comfortable with various types of projects, some might be more dedicated to process while others are more dedicated to enterprise system solutions
  • Be proactive, self-driven and relentless when approaching problems. Don’t be afraid to charge towards a solution, if there is a clear problem or gap with the work the team does, action on it
  • Be a collaborative partner, someone who doesn’t shy away from brainstorming sessions but rather is excited to learn new things from your team and the teams you are closely aligned with
  • Be comfortable in an extremely fast-paced environment and be prepared to juggle a couple of projects at a time. There will be a variety of projects that can be taken on, and there is always an opportunity to dive deep or just solely “project manage” something
  • Don’t hesitate to take charge on a solution if no other team member or project stakeholder is owning a decision or suggesting a path forward. High ownership individuals thrive on this team and have big opportunities to accelerate within the organization
  • Develop a deep technical understanding of how manufacturing engineering enterprise systems (ERP, MRP, PLM etc.) function
  • Leverage system feedback from all production pillars and formulate an extensive feature and system roadmap
  • Analyze best practices across cross functional teams and develop ways to standardize end-to-end processes across all workstreams
  • Assist in documentation and standardization of business procedures and reporting protocols across production
  • Be comfortable with the production life cycle and how parts flow through a factory both physically and systematically
  • Serve as the liaison between the Production Technology organization and the Corporate Technology organization
  • Support program managers and Production Technology leadership in preparation and management of critical technical and business forums
  • Translate technical problems to business-aligned solutions in a clear and concise manner
  • Provide structure to ambiguity and help drive production stakeholders towards decisions on tactical and strategic issues
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business impact and outcomes
  • Execute scrappy analyses on short timelines and consider scalable long-term solutions
  • Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
  • Facilitate data-driven decision-making by providing timely and accurate manufacturing information

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, data systems, business, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on system issues, program support, or process improvement
  • Strong analytical aptitude and ability to think in terms of numbers and data-models
  • Extremely strong written and verbal communication abilities, with capacity to present complex data clearly to diverse audiences
  • Reliable self-starter, highly organized, resourceful, with attention to detail
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.
