About the role

Project Coordinator role within Anduril's Manufacturing Automation team, supporting design, integration, and deployment of automated manufacturing systems across Anduril factories. Responsible for coordinating deployment and communication of tools, processes, equipment and capabilities, and assisting in on-time, on-budget project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination: Assist in the organization and execution of projects. Assist in the organization of finances and submitting purchase requests. Distill meeting notes into actionable items and routinely own following up.
  • Communication: Help facilitate communication between product line engineers, manufacturing engineers, and cross-functional teams. Manage documentation of internal resources.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–2 years of professional experience as a project or program coordinator
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • A reliable self-starter, highly organized, resourceful, with attention to detail
  • A team player who is highly collaborative with the ability to handle complex projects
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities
