About the role

Program Manager within Anduril's People PM Team focused on end-to-end execution of People programs—from talent acquisition to compensation—driving risk management, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable people-focused initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute critical projects within the People organization, ensuring successful delivery against business objectives.
  • Maintain comprehensive program schedules, project briefs, trackers, and risk/opportunity registers to ensure on-schedule delivery.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative analysis to tackle complex problems and design analyses that influence operational decisions.
  • Build trust with senior partners, acting as the primary interface and translating complex people data into actionable project plans.
  • Communicate across teams, craft narratives and project updates that align stakeholders and drive program outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in program management, internal operations, human resources, or management consulting.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end execution of moderately complex programs, including risk mitigation, task tracking, and stakeholder management.
  • Motivated by defense mission and able to thrive in cross-functional projects with both technical and user-focused workflows.
  • Strong judgment, empathy, and ability to partner with others to drive solutions with minimal direction.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to present complex project details, trade-offs, and metrics clearly.
  • U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.
