About the role

Anduril Industries is hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to own and execute end-to-end technical recruiting for a fast-growing defense tech team in Boston, MA. The role is hands-on, partner-driven, and requires high ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to build and implement recruiting strategies that scale with company growth.

Responsibilities

  • Move fast, with a process for consistently sourcing, tracking and maintaining a high volume of candidates while maintaining open lines of communication with stakeholders

Qualifications

  • 7+ years experience recruiting for technical roles and closing top tier engineering talent (startup/software experience preferred)
  • Agency recruiting combined with internal experience is a major plus
  • Resilient and creative – able to troubleshoot and create solutions on the fly
  • Attention and Communication – direct and succinct, timely and efficient communication, active listening
  • Ownership – accountable for your universe and aligned with the business, proactive improvement across the role
  • Low ego, high curiosity – value learning, open to candid feedback
